Obtained from Sicilian native cultivars, such as Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola, this EVOO shows in all its intensity the territory from which it is produced.

Contains an intense and decisive sensory profile, accompanied by herbaceous notes and a pleasant spicy and bitter flavor.

With an intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections, aromas of tomato, artichoke and hints of parsley and mint are also perceived.

Pairs well with rustic appetizers, salads, risottos, roast meats and various cheeses.
